Container Desiccant

Moisture absorption rate reaches 300%.
With a saturated moisture absorption rate of up to 300%, it is available in horizontal, vertical, and flat-lying configurations. During ocean shipping or storage, containers often experience high temperatures and significant diurnal temperature variations, ranging from 0°C to 80°C, with humidity reaching as high as 98%. This causes condensation, or “container rain,” as the moisture inside the container condenses and forms water droplets when the temperature drops. These water droplets adhere to the top and walls of the container, potentially wetting and damaging the outer packaging of the goods inside, and even corroding the products. Placing a certain amount of container desiccant can effectively prevent this.
Features:
1. High moisture absorption rate: Saturated moisture absorption rate > 300%;
2. Safe and environmentally friendly: Ultrasonic non-woven fabric packaging, crack-resistant and environmentally friendly;
3. Duration: Moisture absorption lasts approximately 1-3 months;
Precautions for use:
1. Ensure the container doors, walls, floor, and ceiling are undamaged;
2. Cover the ventilation holes with a film;
3. The moisture content of the container wood flooring should not exceed 25%, ideally below 18%. If it exceeds 20%, the amount of desiccant should be increased accordingly.
